Future vernon Campus

Living Waters Church first met in the banquet room of the Holiday Inn Express in Meadville, PA on January 21, 2001. The church was founded by Bruce and  Carol Offi. There were 34 attendance at the first service. Within 60 days, LWC made an offer to purchase their first church building. On September 2001, the church moved into the building, with vision to expand.

In 2009 Ray and Marti Martinez assumed the role of lead pastor to take the church into a new season of growth and vision. In February of 2010, Sunday services began meeting at the Movies in Meadville on Perry HWY to make room for the growing church and is currently in a building campaign to build Vernon Campus.

In 2019 LWC will launch the first simulcast campus in Meadville at their newly renovated Water Street building. This 4th Sunday service will be housed in that location.

The vision is to build Vernon campus in the future but the current lack of that facility will not stop the growth of what God has called LWC to do in this region and around the world. LWC will continue to plant churches and simulcast campuses in the region and around the world. We are called to raise up world Changers for Jesus.
